Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. Amatheon has a NO RETURNS policy on all other orders.

Shipping charges are calculated on a per-order basis. All orders equal to or exceeding $250.00 will be shipped free to anywhere in the USA. Items that are designated refrigerated (Refr.) must ship overnight, no exceptions.
